We are looking for a Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin for existing and new projects, starting immediately.

As a Construction Project Manager at GSU Development GmbH, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment and further develop your skills and expertise in the construction project management field.

Your Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring construction projects in Berlin and the surrounding area
- Coordinating all construction activities, including scheduling and budget tracking
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Communicating and collaborating with internal teams, contractors, architects, and authorities
- Identifying and resolving challenges that arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or construction project management
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of German building legislation and regulations
- Budget and schedule management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
